As a founding director of Eriskay Associates, Mark is responsible for developing new business and delivering key services to Start Ups, Growing Businesses and Third Sector Organisations. In the past 12 months Mark's achievements include:
- Conducting a detailed strategic review and business growth plan for a design engineering firm;
- Developing Focus Business Forums to provide coaching and training for MDs and entrepreneurs (with Nissim Chilton);
- Completing a £150k grant funding package for an international research company in Glasgow;
- Supporting the commercialisation of one of Scotland’s largest third sector organisations;
- Conducting Business Development Reviews (MOTs and action plans) for 6 SMEs in Glasgow;
- Delivering Leadership and Teambuilding Training to a range of companies.
For Mark, the key to success is sharing his clients ambitions and dreams and working hard to help deliver them. This requires a multi-disciplined approach that Mark has honed in his work for blue chip companies, SMEs and third sector businesses across a range of disciplines including strategy, planning, marketing, finance and operations. As an entrepreneur, experienced business advisor and avid researcher, Mark has the passion and commitment to help businesses succeed.
